Pricing questions
What counts as one exam?
One candidate taking one examination attempt. A test taken by 100 candidates counts as 100 exams.
Are taxes included?
Prices are exclusive of GST, which is added on the invoice.
What happens if I go over my monthly exams?
Additional exams are billed at your plan's per-exam rate. Nothing stops working mid-exam.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and stay active until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.
